Do you ship abroad?

We can do it, but the automatic functionality will take time to implement in our online store. In the meantime, you can contact us at info@khazana.ch and we will be happy to quote you a price and pay it. Please note that all shipping costs abroad and any customs duties will have to be paid by you. Boutique Khazana cannot be held responsible.

How will my product be packaged?


To ensure the lowest possible costs for our customers, we do not invest in very expensive packaging options. However, we make sure that your product arrives in the best possible quality and will therefore be packaged using a variety of options. Please note that we will not be held responsible if your package is damaged during the shipping process.

Can I collect my item from your Geneva store?


Absolutely! All the products you see here are also available in stores. If you want to place your order here, send us an email to info@khazana.ch and we can prepare your order and let you know as soon as it is ready!

How long does it take to receive my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 3-4 business days to arrive in Switzerland. Deliveries abroad can last from 7 to 16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Which carriers do you use?

For orders in Switzerland, we use Swiss Post. For overseas shipments, please contact us at info@khazana.ch and we can get a quote with a major delivery service of your choice.

Can I return my product?

We always aim to make our customers love our products, but if you have to return an order, unfortunately we cannot accept it. We are a small family business and our stocks are very limited. We have very strict quality controls and make sure that each product is of the highest quality possible. When you buy in store or on our online store, you agree to buy it in good faith and therefore accept that we do not accept returns.
