How do I take care of my jewelry?

Return policy:

We strive to ensure every product is to the satisfaction of our clients but understand that shopping online is not the same as shopping in-store. It's for that reason, we have a 3-day return policy only for jewelry and statues. This means that you have 3 days to try the item and send it back to us in the same state in which you received it. The date on the return package must be exactly 3 days after you received it (excluding Saturdays and Sundays)

Passed this date, we will not accept the return. Furthermore, It must be unworn and in the same condition in which you received it. Failure to do so, will result in us refusing the item. If the item is damaged during the return transport, we will equally not take the item back.

The cost of return will need to be at your cost and we will not refund you this amount.

Refund:

We do not issue a refund on items on sale as well as clothing and incense. For jewelry and statues, should the item match the requirements outlined above, we will refund 80% of the amount back to you.

Process to follow:

If you would like to return an item with the above criteria, please do the following:

1. Send us an email at info@khazana.ch stating that you would like to return an item.
2. Please return the item(s) in the same condition we sent it to: Boutique Khazana, Rue du Mont-Blanc 15, 1201 Geneva
3. Once we have received the item we will carefully look at it and get back in touch using the email you provided.
